Exchange Window

We accept exchanges within 3 days of delivery, for unworn items in original packaging with tags attached.

Hygiene Items

For hygiene reasons, lingerie, swimwear and earrings are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number — we'll make it right at no extra cost.

How to Start an Exchange

Message us on WhatsApp with your order number and reason for exchange. Once approved, send the item back in its original condition; your replacement ships as soon as we receive it.

Refunds

Refunds are issued as store credit. Cash refunds are considered case-by-case for orders affected by our own error.
